Jema Institute of Technology (JIT) recently organized a vibrant and impactful Student-Faculty Bonanza, bringing together students and instructors from both academic programs: Mineral Processing & Extractive Metallurgy and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
The event was held at Nyamagana Stadium in the heart of Mwanza city, and served as a unique platform to strengthen the bond between students and faculty members outside the classroom environment..

This bonanza was not only a celebration of unity and teamwork but also a strategic initiative to support students’ psychological well-being.
Through active participation in games, sports, and group activities, students were given an opportunity to refresh their minds, reduce academic pressure, and develop a positive mental outlook that supports better academic performance.
